Source potential candidates through digital platforms and professional networks.



Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with Hiring Managers.



Prepare and publish job postings in alignment with the company’s communication standards.



Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for long-term recruitment needs.



Support ToffeeDev’s employer branding initiatives to attract top digital talent.



Prepare recruitment reports and ensure all processes comply with company SOPs.
