Talent Acquisition Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology from reputable university, with good academic record

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as Recruiter/Talent Acquisition.

• Experience in full-life cycle sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and evaluating candidates to assess their fit for our organisation

• Experience with social media, CV databases, and professional networks to proactively source candidates.

• Strong knowledge in Psychological Tools and Scoring Test (having experience in Assessment Process would be an advantage).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers

• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Self driven and can work well under a tight schedule.

• Willing to work at the Head Office (Meruya Ilir, West Jakarta).

Job Description

• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, includes but not limited to building relationships with universities or academic institutions, if necessary.

• Create talent pipeline to enlarge company talent pool by using networks and other recruitment channels.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs and requirements

• Coordinate with all related departments to ensure all data is accurately entered into the system (Internal program/HRIS) and maintain accurate and up to date records of all onboarding activities

• Monitor and track the progress of new hires through their onboarding journey, ensuring they complete all required trainings and tasks.

• Provide recruitment metrics and data-driven insights to continuously improve the recruitment process

• Involve in any projects such as Employer Branding activities.

• Stay updated with hiring trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
