- Monitor and compile KPI achievements across divisions and prepare weekly and monthly reports - Track performance progress to ensure all tasks align with established SOPs - Document meeting minutes and follow up on agreed action items - Support recruitment processes from job posting to candidate selection - Assist in evaluating employee performance and maintaining accurate HR records - Coordinate progress tracking through digital tools such as Odoo or similar systems - Help nurture a positive, respectful, and solution-oriented work environment
