2. Strong communication and presentation skills 
3. Accustomed and comfortable to appear in front of the camera

4. Have the ability to enliven the atmosphere while Live

5. Have their own uniqueness and characteristics while Live

6. Ability to work independently and in a team

7. Ability to collaborate with marketing and creative teams

8. to develop campaigns and promotional content

9. Proactive and results-oriented (accustomed to targets)

10. Willing to work with a shifting system (not following national holidays, religious holidays, joint leave)

11. Have a positive desire to perform and be willing to take the initiative to try and inovate the live broadcast content
