Talent Partnership Executive (Full-Time)

Building successful creator partnerships takes more than sending outreach messages. It requires understanding people, spotting potential, and creating meaningful collaborations that help both talents and brands grow.

At Ertri Indonesia, we're expanding our creator ecosystem and looking for a Talent Partnership Executive who is passionate about discovering, acquiring, and nurturing relationships with creators, influencers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across Indonesia.

What You'll Do

• Identify, source, and recruit creators, influencers, and talents across various platforms.

• Build and maintain strong long term relationships with talents and creator communities.

• Manage outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and partnership discussions.

• Identify opportunities for creator growth, collaborations, and campaigns.

• Work closely with internal teams to support talent related initiatives and projects.

• Stay up to date with creator economy trends, social media developments, and emerging talents.

Who We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, KOL Management, Creator Partnerships, or related fields.

• Strong communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills.

• Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.

• Good understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and the creator landscape.

• Experience working with creators, influencers, or talent networks is highly preferred.

• Existing relationships within the creator ecosystem will be a strong advantage
