- Have 5+ years expertise in email marketing for a well-known consumer brand, preferably from a digital health or technology company - Ability to think outside the box to develop new, innovative email campaign ideas and content that excite customers, leave a lasting impression, and deliver memorable results - Data-driven and analytical skills — you’re able to effectively analyze and communicate data to drive high-value, actionable insights - Strong internal collaboration skills that show you know how to sell through your strategy and handle the many needs from cross-functional stakeholders - Experience handling aggressive deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - You’re a natural self-starter who is comfortable working independently - A team first attitude with strong self-awareness to openly share and receive feedback and to always pursue learning and improving - Expertise with email marketing platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo - Basic to intermediate skills with email HTML
