Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Taxation/Accounting. - Female candidate only. - Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of taxation. - Proficient in using tax software. - Understanding of applicable tax regulations. - Proficient in using Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel). - Brevet A&B certification preferred. - Detail oriented, meticulous, honest, team player, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Job Description: - Ensure company tax compliance with applicable regulations. - Calculate, prepare, and report taxes (PPh, PPN, etc.) accurately. - Manage monthly/annual tax reporting and payments. - Maintain the completeness and accuracy of tax documents. - Perform reconciliations and manage tax archives neatly. - Communicate effectively with the tax office and related departments. - Provide support in tax audits and company tax strategy planning. - Monitor and understand the latest changes in tax regulations.
