Teacher Preschool

We are hiring for Lead Teachers Roles for our Preschool and Daycare programs in PIK 2 to support the learning of children from 1- 6 yo. As part of the teaching team at Circle Time, you will lead classroom learning experiences that nurture childrens growth in a safe, joyful, and stimulating environment.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields (e.g., Psychology, Family Studies, or equivalent).

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or early years education setting.

• Proficient in Mandarin (verbal and written communication).

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.

• Support childrens physical, social-emotional, and cognitive development.

• Create a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.

• Communicate progress and updates regularly with parents.

• Collaborate with teachers and caregivers to ensure smooth daily routines.

• Demonstrates proficiency in phonics-based reading (Phonics technique) and is able to effectively apply it in teaching to support childrens early literacy development.
