Team Leader for Content Moderator

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise team members and be able to arrange or cover member’s working shifts if necessary.

2. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

3. Handle clients' complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

4. Meet personal/team’s targets

5. Keep records of issues/problem for further investigation

6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

7. Work with managers about clients' feedback

Qualifications:

1. Good command of English (Especially in Reading and Writing)

2. Have at least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry; leadership experience preferred.

3. Proficient skills with Google Drive

4. Strong team management, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

5. High attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

6. Ability to work on public holidays.

7. Having good communication skills is an advantage. 

8. Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
