Team Leader

Job Description :

• Monitoring the quality of VC & IVC staff

• Performing screening and verification of VC account closure requests to be handled by staff

• Inputting team schedule data created by the Supervisor

• Compiling the achievement data of the Service Center team for reporting to the Supervisor

• Documenting and reporting to the Supervisor on inventory data of equipment in the Service Center team

• Undertaking additional tasks assigned as needed with specified deadlines

• Participating in training activities, seminars, and teaching to enhance job performance quality

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field

• Required language(s): English, Indonesia

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related position

• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Good Communication Skill, Selling Skills, Service Oriented

• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Retention or equivalent.
