Technical Writer Internship

About the Role:

We are looking for structured Technical Writer Intern who loves dissecting how applications work. You won't be writing documents from scratch for new products; instead, you'll be "reverse-engineering" our existing, live software and summarizing them into neat, comprehensive technical documents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, refine, and maintain Technical Specification Designs (TSD) for several of our existing software products. - Study system flows, architectures, and databases of live products and translate them into technical language easily understood by developers and management.

- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the accuracy of data and logic within the documentation.

Requirements:

- Final year student or Fresh Graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Familiar with industry-standard TSD templates and know how to implement them.

- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Flowcharts, UML diagrams (Sequence, Use Case, etc.), and database structures.

- Sharp analytical skills to read existing systems and reverse-engineer them into documentation.

- Detail oriented.
