You are expected to be able to:





Create and maintain technical documents such as FSDs, user manuals, and implementation reports.



Support SIT and UAT processes by documenting issues, defects, and test results.



Act as a document librarian, ensuring all project files are well-organized and audit-ready.



Update documentation for incidents, enhancements, and system changes across various platforms.



Collaborate with developers, BAs, and QA to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.



Qualifications





Bachelor or Diploma degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.



Ability to deliver high quality and detailed documentation.



Excellent written skills in English.



Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.



Basic familiarity with the SDLC, software development and UML.
