Requirements: Minimum Vocational High School/Associate Degree in Engineering or a related field At least 1 year of working experience in related field Good understanding about Civil, Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing Willing to work shift Able to work under pressure Positive attitude and strong work ethic Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Good English communication skills preferred Placement at Summarecon Mall Bekasi Job Description: Supervise the work carried out by fit-out contractors or maintenance contractors to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines Respond to complaints and requests from other departments or tenants Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on building utilities and infrastructure in compliance with established procedures and timelines Execute infrastructure condition checklists to assess the state of building components
