Requirements: Minimum Vocational High School/Associate Degree in Engineering or a related field At least 1 year of working experience in related field Good understanding about HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing Willing to work shift Able to work under pressure Positive attitude and strong work ethic Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Good English communication skills preferred Placement at Summarecon Mall Bekasi Job Description: Performing scheduled maintenance and repairs on HVAC utilities and infrastructure according to SMMS schedules and procedures Record tenant meter readings for electricity and water consumption as per established procedures Recording energy consumption (electricity and water) in public areas according to established procedures Coordinate and monitor HVAC system installations and repairs Respond to complaints and requests from other departments or tenants Execute infrastructure condition checklists to assess the state of building components
