Requirements: Minimum Vocational High School/Associate Degree in Engineering or a related field At least 1 year of working experience in related field Good understanding about Mechanical and Electrical Willing to work shift Able to work under pressure Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Placement at Summarecon Mall Bekasi Job Description: Monitor and control technical systems to ensure it meets the mall’s operational needs Perform routine maintenance tasks to optimize system performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall operational goals Repairing building equipment to ensures it functions according to the equipment standards Installing new installation or equipment as requested or needed Requesting spare parts or materials and retrieving them from the GA warehouse Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in good condition
