Technician Technology

Qualifications - Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) graduate, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Heavy Equipment, or a related technical field. - At least 2 year of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, repair, or field service. - Knowledge of heavy equipment systems, diagnostics, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and component assembly/disassembly. - Familiar with using service tools, diagnostic equipment, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Ability to read and follow technical manuals, service documentation, and work instructions. - Experience in service reporting, parts requests, warranty documentation, and maintenance administration is an advantage. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. - Able to work independently as well as collaborate with team members and guide junior technicians. - Committed to workplace safety, contamination control, and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). - Willing to continuously learn, improve technical competencies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
