- Pendidikan minimal SMA / SMK
- Menguasai arus tinggi dan rendah, serta pendingin
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa, perbaikan, dan preventive maintenance
- Memiliki komunikasi dan kerjasama tim yang baik
- Bersedia bekerja sistem shifting Penempatan di area Bali
