Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telemarketing Supervisor, preferably in collections or financial services - Prior work experience in P2P lending, fintech, or related industries is highly preferred - Remind customers to make a payment before the deadline - After the due date, get in touch with consumers who are behind on their payments - Contacting consumers directly to increase the efficiency of credit collection - Assisting consumers with payment services and educating customers on payment services - Foster positive customer relationships - Call consumers who still owe money each day to provide updates - Proven experience in leading a telemarketing or collections team - Willingness to monitor and coach team performance regularly to achieve KPIs - Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision - Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
