C. Willing to actively learn basic sales software, CRM customer management systems, and other tools.

D. Familiarity with ChatGPT, AI office tools, or voice transcription tools is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

1. Communicate with customers via phone to introduce the company’s products or services.

2. Identify customer needs, screen potential interested clients, and record relevant information.

3. Arrange follow-up processes and cooperate with sales specialists to promote customer conversion.
4. Assist in organizing call data, customer feedback, communication logs, and other basic documentation.

5. Regularly participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve scripts and service awareness.
