Trade Asset Warehouse Administrator

Warehouse Administration

• Manage inbound and outbound warehouse administration processes.

• Process CTS transactions (manual and system) for material receiving and movement.

• Create Work Orders (WO) for asset transfers and technician requests.

• Prepare delivery orders and shipping documentation.

• Maintain warehouse documentation, filing, and operational records.

• Coordinate material requests from internal stakeholders, vendors, and external service providers.

Inventory & Data Management

• Perform daily data entry related to warehouse operations.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement within the system.

• Perform stock balancing and data reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Verify shipment details before dispatch.

• Prepare inventory, write-off, and operational reports.

Trade Asset Operations

• Conduct stock take activities for trade assets and spare parts.

• Receive, inspect, clean, and prepare returned trade assets before storage or redistribution.

• Support basic inspection, functionality checks, and minor troubleshooting of cooling equipment and spare parts.

• Process stock adjustments, asset write-offs, and monitor slow-moving inventory.

• Coordinate replenishment requirements when inventory reaches minimum stock levels.

Coordination

• Coordinate closely with technicians, helpers, vendors, external service providers (ESP), and internal stakeholders to support daily warehouse operations.

• Support operational readiness for warehouse activities and asset movement.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.

• 1–3 years of experience in Warehouse Administration, Inventory Control, Logistics, Asset Management, Spare Parts Administration, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably from Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain backgrounds.

• Experience using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (CTS and/or SAP is preferred).

• Good Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.
