Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field A diploma or certification in marketing or sales may also be accepted for junior roles 1–2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Support, Retail Marketing or Administration Familiarity with FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or Start ups or Retail Industry is often preferred Experience working with Sales or Marketing teams is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel / Spreadsheet (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) Experience with Odoo, Salesforce, or other ERP/CRM tools is advantageous Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools is helpful
