Trainer Coding and Robotics

Job Description :

• Developing and delivering comprehensive coding training programs to Client (Student or Teacher)

• Designing engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, workshops, and hands-on exercises

• Providing one-on-one coaching and mentoring to help trainees achieve their learning objectives

• Assessing trainee progress and providing timely feedback to ensure successful outcomes

• Continuously updating your knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with the latest coding trends and best practices

• Collaborating with the training team to share knowledge and best practices

• Maintaining accurate training records and providing detailed reports on training activities and outcomes

What we're looking for

• Min Bachelor Degree from Information technology, electro engineering or related field.

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Trainer Coding and Robotics, Coding Instruction, Coding Trainer or in a similar role

• Proficiency in multiple coding languages and technologies, such as Java, Python, and SQL

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address training needs

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve training objectives

• A passion for education and a commitment to helping others develop their skills

• Able to communicate English Language ( Speak and Writing)
