Key Responsibilities :





Conduct training sessions for promoters across assigned stores (smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories)



Ensure consistent brand understanding and retail excellence



Monitor performance and conduct monthly assessments



Deliver engaging training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand storytelling



Provide insights on competitor trends and training improvement



Qualification :





Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Management)



2+ years of experience in training — preferably in the smartphone or retail industry



Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs



Skilled in presentation & facilitation (classroom and in-store)



Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills



Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint



Familiar with content tools (Canva, CapCut, VN)



Willing to travel across areas
