Training Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Pscyhology, Management, or a related field (preferred)

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Employee Training, leading a Training or Development Team (with proven track records)

• Having experience in the F&B or Hospitality Industry (e.g : Restaurant or Hotel)

• Strong communication, leadership, attention to detail, and goal-oriented

• Fluent in Bahasa and English (having English Certification is a plus)

• Having F&B, Training, or Learning Development Certification is a plus (e.g : BNSP)

• Willing to work mobile and based in Bandung

Job Descriptions:

• Plan, organize, and oversee SOC (Standard Observation Checklist) implementation in each store of Jabarano Coffee

• Conduct SOC Operational audits (testing, auditing, and calibrating processes)

• Ensure SOC training in the field is delivered effectively and accurately

• Evaluate the effectiveness of SOC in real-time operation scenarios

• Input SOC fulfillment data for each section and provide updates for continous improvements

• Coordinate the preparation and execution of Soft Skill & Hard Skill training, both internal and external or stakeholders

• Develop and mentor trainers, assess potential, and conduct evaluations

• Create and communicate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring implementation, field audits, and reporting

• Proactively plan, organize, and execute tasks while addressing problems and evaluating outcomes

• Analyze training effectiveness and assess employee needs for improvement

• Apply expertise in curriculum development and various training methodologies
