Training & Quality Lead (F&B)

Role Descriptions

Quality Control (QC)

• Ensure all products (beverages & food) meet established SOP standards

• Conduct routine checks on taste, presentation, and product consistency

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, bar, and equipment

• Perform regular quality audits across stores

• Identify operational gaps and implement immediate improvements

• Ensure service standards align with brand image

Training & Development

• Conduct basic training for new employees

• Provide refreshment training for existing team members

• Develop and improve training materials (SOPs, recipes, service standards)

• Deliver hands-on coaching in the field

• Evaluate staff performance post-training

• Ensure all team members understand and apply company standards

Monitoring & Evaluation

• Monitor team skill development and performance

• Provide regular feedback to store leaders and management

• Prepare reports on training outcomes and quality checks

• Identify areas for improvement and follow up on progress

Standardization

• Maintain consistent quality standards across all stores

• Ensure SOPs are up-to-date and properly implemented on-site

• Act as the reference point for operational standards

Problem Solving

• Handle product quality and service-related issues

• Provide quick and effective corrective actions

• Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved at the store level

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Training, Quality Control, or similar roles in F&B operations

• Experience in Menu R&D or product development is a plus

• Strong understanding of F&B standards, SOP implementation, and end-to-end store operations

• Detail-oriented, firm, and consistent in maintaining quality standards

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Leadership mindset with experience guiding or training a team

• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic English proficiency

• Knowledge of F&B hygiene and food safety standards (certification is a plus)
