• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any majors • At least 3 years of experience in transport operations, fleet coordination, or related roles in logistics or manufacturing • Understanding of vehicle maintenance scheduling, tanker servicing, and transport-related regulatory compliance • Experienced in preparing and verifying monthly reports including commission payments for drivers, stock reports for transport parts, maintenance budgets, and performance tracking • Familiar with managing GPS-based tracking systems, confirming fleet movement status, and handling communication related to vehicle breakdowns or towing services • Proficient in SAP (MM and PM modules), including PR creation, reservation, and stock control for transport spare parts and outsourced services • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic transport environment. • Proficient in English is required • Willing to be placed in Mempawah, West Kalimantan
