We are inviting passionate and competent students and professionals to join us as Tutors for national (Kurikulum Merdeka), international (IB, Cambridge), and olympiad-level classes. Job Description (What You Will Do)

• Teach 1-on-1 or small-group classes (online via Zoom or offline at TamanSchool Bambu Apus). Choose as you wish, but offline is preferred!

• Deliver lessons for National Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka), IGCSE/A-Level, IB, or Olympiad subjects based on your expertise.

• Prepare learning materials and engaging teaching activities.

• Track students’ progress and provide monthly reports or feedback.

• Collaborate with fellow tutors to improve teaching quality.

• Participate in internal development sessions within the tutor community.

Subjects Needed

• National: Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, Sociology, Geography, History, Bahasa Indonesia

• Cambridge / A-Level: Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, Business, Sociology, CS

• IB: Math AA/AI, Sciences, Business Management, Economics, English Lit

• Olympiad: Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Astronomy, Informatics, Earth Science, Economics, Geography

Job Requirements (Who We’re Looking For)

Minimum Requirements

• University student or graduate; outstanding high school students are welcome for selected programs.

• Strong subject mastery in at least one area (National, IB, Cambridge, or Olympiad).

• Excellent communication skills and willingness to create a safe learning environment.

• Comfortable teaching online; stable internet connection for remote sessions.

• Responsible, punctual, and committed to professional conduct.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous tutoring or teaching experience.

• Awards/achievements in academics, Olympiads, or competitions.

• Fluent English for international curriculum classes.
