UPJ Manager

GENERAL * Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills. * Business target-oriented with proficiency in developing business development strategies. * Understanding of or experience in the Teaching Factory (TEFA)/Vocational Education ecosystem is highly preferred. EDUCATION * Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Development, or a relevant field. EXPERIENCE * Working experience in the IT / Software industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a Team Lead or Managerial position. AREAS OF EXPERTISE 1. IT Technical Competencies: Mastery of SDLC concepts (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall) and software Quality Assurance; understanding of modern software architecture (web, mobile, API, and cloud infrastructure). 2. Business Development: Proficient in preparing business proposals and calculating accurate project cost estimations. 3. Project Management & Documentation: Accustomed to operating task or project management tools; disciplined in preparing technical documentation and periodical project progress reporting or journaling.
