US KOL Specialist

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Support KOL / Creator acquisition for the US market (hotels, attractions, and local experiences)

• Assist the team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding creators relevant to TikTok Go campaigns

• Manage and maintain creator databases, contact lists, and acquisition trackers

• Coordinate outreach, follow-ups, and basic communication with US-based creators

• Support administrative processes related to creator documentation, agreements, and onboarding requirements

• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and operational support for creator campaigns

• Work closely with Local Services, Creator Management, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and internal documentation

• Support day-to-day admin tasks related to TikTok Go local services projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in admin, operations, creator management, or similar roles

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail

• Comfortable communicating in English (written & spoken)

• Familiarity with TikTok, creator economy, or influencer marketing is a strong plus

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (Sheets, Docs, Excel, etc.)

• Comfortable working with international teams and US-based creators

• Willingness to work 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (to align with US operations)
