Responsibilities • Create and edit engaging video content tailored for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts). • Design clean and appealing motion graphics, typography, and visual composition aligned with current digital trends. • Ensure consistent color grading for each brand to maintain strong visual identity. • Adjust lighting, color grading, and audio mixing to deliver high-quality visuals and sound. • Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to develop video concepts that align with brand strategies. • Stay up-to-date with visual trends, editing tools, and platform-specific content formats. • Manage editing timelines and deliver high-quality videos on schedule. Requirements • Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Film, Visual Communication Design, or a related field. • Familiar with Al tools and workflows to optimize video editing and content creation. • At least 1 years of proven experience as a Video Editor/Motion Designer, especially for engaging social media content. • Proficient in video editing and motion software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut. • Strong skills in motion graphics, typography, color grading, and clean layout composition. • Solid understanding of video lighting and basic shooting techniques (DSLR/mirrorless). • Portfolio showcasing engaging social media videos (reels, motion, typography). • Creative, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and a collaborative team player.
