About the Role

As a Villa Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the villa to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments (housekeeping, maintenance, front office, and F&B if applicable). You will act as the main point of contact for guests, handling requests and ensuring that service standards are consistently met.

Job Description

  • Supervise day-to-day villa operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.

  • Ensure villas are maintained in top condition, clean, and ready for guest arrivals.

  • Act as the primary liaison between guests and staff, handling special requests, complaints, or concerns professionally.

  • Monitor staff performance, provide training, coaching, and feedback.

  • Coordinate with other departments (front office, engineering, F&B) for smooth operations.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and service standards.

  • Manage villa inventory, amenities, and supplies.

  • Support management in scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and health & safety regulations.

  • Promote a positive guest experience and encourage repeat bookings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience (2–3 years) in hospitality, preferably in villa, resort, or boutique property management.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required, additional languages a plus).

  • Knowledge of housekeeping standards and basic maintenance procedures.

  • Customer service–oriented with problem-solving ability.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle guest complaints diplomatically.

  • Familiar with property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.

  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
