- Education background min. bachelor degree - Having at leasyt 5 years of Service Excellence & Postpaid sales with experience in Direct Sales & Retail Chain (Branded Device Store) - Experience in service/sales/retail/marketing management (min 3 years) with practice in customer experience, direct sales and retail sales experience - Having knowledge of Postpaid business model and sales methodology - Good networking and engagement in Partnership - Good English, oral and written - Good Communication, negotiation, presentation and report writing skills - Good Analytical thinking - Ability to work independently with target-oriented approach and adaptable in under pressure condition - Customer focused and a partner advocate - Demonstrate ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline - Flexible and adaptable in under pressure situation and meet short and long term deadlines - Ability to use microsoft office - Proven track record and strong practice in telco industry
