Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress, Service Crew, or similar hospitality position.

* Experience in a restaurant, cafe, hotel, or hospitality industry is preferred.

* Understand basic table service and customer service flow.

* Have good communication skills and provide professional service.

* Friendly, responsive, and have a good hospitality mindset.

* Able to work fast and maintain good service during busy hours.

* Have a neat appearance and good personal hygiene & grooming.

* Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

* Able to follow Trek Coffees SOP and service standards
