About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused waitress/waiter to join our team at The Blaze' in Bali. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly demeanour

Taking orders and communicating them clearly to the kitchen team

Serving food and drinks in a timely and professional manner

Ensuring tables are cleared and reset efficiently between service

Providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns

Maintaining a clean and organised work area throughout your shift

Assisting with inventory and restocking as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience working as a waitress/waiter in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively

A positive, friendly and professional attitude

Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly with both guests and the kitchen team Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
