At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food and beverage service environment.



Have Basic understanding of F&B service procedures, menu items, and common beverage offerings.



Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and listen attentively.



Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).



Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.



Skilled in customer handling, including proactive engagement and adept complaint resolution.
