Warehouse Supervisor

Requirement:

• Min. Diploma Degree from Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering.

• Min. have 1-year experience in as Warehouse/Production Team Leader (preferably from houseware/homeliving/FMCG industry).

• Strong understanding of fabrication and assembly processes, production flow, and machinery operations.

• Proficiency in local and English language (min. Intermediate level)

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, or other continuous improvement tools.

• Proficiency in using ERP or any production management systems.

• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage shift operations effectively and have strong leadership and people management skills.

• Have a personal vehicle.

• Willing to work in Cikarang Warehouse, shift if required and in warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordinate, and supervise daily fabrication and assembly activities to meet production targets.

• Lead, motivate, and manage operators and technicians to ensure high performance and temwork.

• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

• Identify and implement improvements in production efficiency, workflow, and resource utilization.

• Ensure all team members follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• Manage manpower, materials, and machines to optimize production output and minimize downtime.

• Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and take corrective or preventive actions.

• Prepare daily or weekly production reports, including output, efficiency, and quality data.

• Collaborate with planning, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production flow.

• Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance skills and ensure consistent work quality.
