Experience:
1–2 years of relevant experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Water Resources Engineering / Hydraulic Engineering / Civil Engineering
Requirements:
Exposure to hydropower projects or the renewable energy sector is preferred
Familiar with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, Hydrognomon, Civil 3D, GIS, and/or Global Mapper
Understanding of design discharge, flood analysis, and flow-duration curves (FDC)
Basic knowledge of ecological and environmental flow concepts
Strong motivation to learn and grow in water resources and hydropower fields
Responsibilities:
Assist in hydrological and hydraulic analyses for hydropower projects
Support calculations for design discharge, flood analysis, and flow-duration curves (FDC)
Assist in preparing technical reports, drawings, and engineering documentation
Support hydraulic modelling using HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and similar tools
Process, analyze, and interpret data using MS Excel and GIS-based tools
Support site investigations and field data collection as required
Coordinate with senior engineers and multidisciplinary project teams
