Qualifications:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
2. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor
3. Proficient in English
4. Experience and comprehensive knowledge of European automobiles (is a plus)
5. Willing to be placed in North Jakarta



Job Descriptions:
1. Develop and ensure the achievement of workshop targets.
2. Ensure that workshop operations are carried out in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
3. Maintain and enhance the quality of workshop services provided to customers.
4. Conduct informal meetings with all workshop employees.
5. Coach and develop the potential of workshop staff.
6. Monitor the storage and quality maintenance of tools and parts.
7. Control and manage warehouse inventory.
