Head of Human Resources
Anggun started her HR career in late 2010 as an HR Staff at Citibank N.A. From Citibank, she progressed to become a Human Capital Analyst at Garuda Indonesia. Anggun’s last position at Garuda Indonesia was as Mgr Career Management and Caretaker for Mgr Talent Acquisition. In 2022, Anggun had the opportunity to become the Head of HR, Legal & GA at Mega Kapuas Dinamik. Anggun also served as a career coach for fresh graduates in collaboration with an education platform. Among her certifications are CCA (Certified Competency Assessor) and CTMP (Certified Talent Management Professional), and she have recently embarked on a new journey as a Master's student in Psychology at UNJ.
People Partner Manager
Oktorizal started his career as Learning and Development practitioner in 2012. As an LnD practitioner, Okto possesses well comprehension of competencies, performances, career development, and its implementations through various learning methods. Okto as well went through vast HC specifications, industries, and roles. Enhancing my career by earning a master's degree in communication, currently, Okto is contributing to Lion Parcel as Manager within the People Partner Department which makes him responsible for almost end-to-end HR processes.
