As our academy grows, we are looking for a full-time English Teacher to join our team.Job Description We are seeking a passionate English teacher to deliver effective lessons to students from junior high (SMP) to senior high school (SMA). The ideal candidate should:<ul><li>Understand EFL (English as a Foreign Language) methodologies well.</li><li>Have teaching experience in English courses or tutoring settings.</li><li>Build a fun and engaging classroom where students are motivated to learn.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Live in or near Depok, West Java.</li><li>Plan and teach engaging English lessons for different student levels.</li><li>Develop lesson plans based on learning objectives and student needs.</li><li>Use creative, student-focused teaching strategies.</li><li>Assess student performance using tasks, quizzes, and exams.</li><li>Provide helpful feedback to support learning.</li><li>Keep accurate records of attendance and performance.</li><li>Work with other teachers to promote a positive school environment.</li><li>Participate in teacher training and development.</li><li>Use technology and media to support learning (e.g., smart boards, online tools).</li><li>Maintain discipline and foster respect in the classroom.</li><li>Communicate student progress to parents or guardians.</li><li>Adjust teaching methods to meet individual needs.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in English Education, Linguistics, or a related field.</li><li>Experience teaching English to various levels (ideally SD–SMA).</li><li>Prior experience in tutoring or English course institutions.</li><li>Own a motorcycle for commuting to and from the academy.</li><li>Know and apply EFL methods like communicative or task-based learning.</li><li>Fluent in spoken and written English.</li><li>Skilled in classroom management and communication.</li><li>Able to create engaging, student-centered lessons.</li></ul>
