Job Description
We are seeking a passionate English teacher to deliver effective lessons to students from junior high (SMP) to senior high school (SMA). The ideal candidate should:

• Understand EFL (English as a Foreign Language) methodologies well.

• Have teaching experience in English courses or tutoring settings.

• Build a fun and engaging classroom where students are motivated to learn.

Responsibilities

• Live in or near Depok, West Java.

• Plan and teach engaging English lessons for different student levels.

• Develop lesson plans based on learning objectives and student needs.

• Use creative, student-focused teaching strategies.

• Assess student performance using tasks, quizzes, and exams.

• Provide helpful feedback to support learning.

• Keep accurate records of attendance and performance.

• Work with other teachers to promote a positive school environment.

• Participate in teacher training and development.

• Use technology and media to support learning (e.g., smart boards, online tools).

• Maintain discipline and foster respect in the classroom.

• Communicate student progress to parents or guardians.

• Adjust teaching methods to meet individual needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English Education, Linguistics, or a related field.

• Experience teaching English to various levels (ideally SD–SMA).

• Prior experience in tutoring or English course institutions.

• Own a motorcycle for commuting to and from the academy.

• Know and apply EFL methods like communicative or task-based learning.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Skilled in classroom management and communication.

• Able to create engaging, student-centered lessons.
