Locaāhands is a Surabaya-based restaurant founded in 2019 by three young entrepreneurs and led by renowned Surabaya Chef Dick Derian. The first outlet is on a restored terrace and offers cafe services. The flagship location can be found on Opak Street, while in 2021, Locaāhands expanded their offerings with a new, unique concept: “The Dining Club.”. We are proud to announce our latest location in Tunjungan, Surabaya.
