General Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales (fresh graduates are welcome).</li><li>Internship or project-based experience in hotel management is a plus.</li><li>Basic knowledge of OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Traveloka, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with hotel channel managers.</li><li>Understanding of hotel PMS (Guestpro preferred).</li><li>Detail oriented, good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).</li></ul>
