Job Description:<ol><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.</li><li>Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.</li><li>Conduct presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups until deal closure.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project quality and timeliness.</li><li>Identify upselling and service expansion opportunities.</li></ol>Requirement:<ol><li>Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication Studies, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields.</li><li>Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Executive is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Target-oriented, proactive, and highly initiative.</li><li>Able to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Familiar with CRM tools and basic office applications.</li></ol>
