Fast response, Proactive and high initiative</li></ul>Job description and responsibility :<ul><li>Draft and review company business agreements and ensure contracts comply with Indonesia legal policy standards</li><li>Handle corporate governance matters: BoD/BoC resolutions, company documents, legal audits</li><li>Handle company licensing through OSS/RBA, including updates and renewals</li><li>Monitor regulatory changes and provide compliance updates</li><li>Oversee office operations including security, cleaning, building management, and facilities maintenance.</li><li>Support for company events and travel arrangements.</li></ul>

Specific experience :<ul><li>Minimum have 2-3 years working experience at General Affair of Office Administration</li><li>Experience handling for office operation support, vendors coordination, asset management, and documents filling</li><li>Able to operate Microsoft Office -Good communication in English</li><li>Experience to handle routine monthly company payment and vendors administration -Familiar with documents control, filling system, and cost monitoring</li><li>Able to work as single or teamwork scheme</li></ul>Job description and responsibility :<ul><li>Support and coordination regarding company insurance in administration parts.</li><li>Coordinate with IT vendors for operational support and service follow up</li><li>Manage company operation vehicles (rental arrangement, driver arrangement, maintenance schedule, and documentation) -</li><li>Understand the flow of the process of filing the procurement of goods / services (Purchasing)</li><li>Monitor and coordinate for process of monthly company payments such as building management, utilities, vendor invoice, etc</li><li>Support asset administration and inventory control</li><li>Support preparation and coordination for company internal events -Coordinate with internal employee in other Department if any necessary</li></ul>
