PT. NGT Trading & Engineering Indonesia was established on January 25th, 2006. Our company plays an important role in supplying Niigata Diesel Engine Spare Parts as an Agent in Indonesia. Supporting our customers with cutting edge technology products from local to foreign brands and even some overseas manufacturers based on the customers’ needs. This is a very important mission assigned to our staff who in charge of sales and customer service activities.
In addition, we are supported by a Japanese Advisor who is experienced in trading, manufacturing construction, and industrial field. He will provide great assistance to keep close communications with customers any time needed.

Job responsibilities &amp; requirements<ul><li>Act as the liaison between the company and both local and international suppliers and clients</li><li>Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotation) and proposal documents for client projects</li><li>Follow up with internal sales and purchasing teams to ensure smooth coordination</li><li>Collaborate with various internal departments to support Sales Director needs</li><li>Possess a basic understanding of import/export processes for overseas goods</li><li>Operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with expatriate stakeholders</li><li>Assist the Sales Director with administrative and communication tasks</li><li>Submit periodic progress reports to direct supervisors</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory)</li><li>Japanese language proficiency is a strong advantage</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience, especially in supporting executives or expatriates in a dynamic work environment</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>Experience using Accurate 5 ERP system is preferred</li><li>Detail-oriented, good at multitasking, and has excellent communication skills</li></ul>
