Job Details :<ul><li>Responsible for the management of the company's financial and accounting operations.</li><li>Ensure accurate and systematic recording of financial transactions.</li><li>Prepare financial reports (profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow) periodically.</li><li>Conduct bank reconciliations and related accounts.</li><li>Manage and monitor the company's cash flow.</li><li>Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.</li><li>Coordinate with other finance and accounting teams.</li><li>Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.</li><li>Conduct financial report analysis to provide recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Develop and improve financial systems and procedures.</li><li>Supervise and coach finance and accounting staff.</li><li>Provide financial data and information for management purposes.</li></ul>Employee Skills :<ul><li>Strong financial analysis skills.</li><li>Communication must be in active English.</li><li>Use of accounting software (Accurate, Cortex, SAP, etc)</li><li>Team management skills</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Problem-solving</li></ul>Kualifikasi :<ul><li>Female, Minimum age 25 years, Maximum 45 years.</li><li>Minimum education D3 / S1 Accounting (preferred) or related field.</li><li>Active English, TOEFL 450-550, TOEIC 600 / Daily conversation.</li><li>Minimum 3 years experience in finance and accounting, with minimum experience as Supervisor preferred.</li><li>Proficient in using accounting software (eg: Accurate, Cortex, SAP, etc.).</li><li>Able to operate computer programs (MS Office, especially Excel).</li><li>Have good analytical and problem solving skills.</li><li>Have good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Careful, disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure.</li><li>Able to work independently or in a team</li></ul>
