- Manage and grow key client relationships - Understand client needs and provide tailored IT solutions - Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, product) to ensure satisfaction - Monitor contract renewals, upsell/cross-sell opportunities - Prepare proposals, presentations, and regular account reviews

Job Requirement: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field - Fresh Graduated are open to join - Experience in B2B IT sales/account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Good to have for understanding of IT solutions (infrastructure, cloud, digital apps) - Client-first mentality and strong follow-through - Problem solver, proactive, and collaborative mindset
