Wilopo Cargo – Sales & Account Manager Team
We’re looking for an Account Manager Associate who’s passionate about building relationships, solving client challenges, and growing business partnerships. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our key clients, ensuring smooth communication, strong collaboration, and excellent service delivery. If you enjoy connecting with people, closing strategic deals, and making clients happy while driving results, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Be Up To:
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients through proactive communication and trust-building.
Act as the main point of contact to handle inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
Identify growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and account development strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, and Support) to deliver seamless service and client experience.
Analyze account performance data to improve retention, service quality, and revenue growth.
Prepare and present professional proposals, reports, and business reviews to clients.
Represent Wilopo Cargo professionally as a reliable partner and strategic problem solver.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or Management.
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Client Relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Active listener, persuasive, and empathetic in client interactions.
Skilled in negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving.
Analytical and organized, able to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and service orientation.
Positive attitude, neat appearance, and growth mindset with eagerness to learn and improve.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in logistics, import/export, or B2B service industry.
Familiar with CRM tools and performance tracking.
Confident in presentation and public speaking.
