ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. This role is critical in driving growth through new business opportunities and managing projects to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing Account: Overseeing client relationships and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services or products.

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.

• Project Management: Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring projects meet client expectations and deadlines.

• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product specialist & development and back-office departments to align sales efforts with company goals.

• Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and analyze market trends to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

• Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.

• Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, pipe-lines, forecasts, and analysis to upper management.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field and having technical (IT, Mechatronic or Electronic) background or understanding.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or project sales, preferably in Mass-Transit solution.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Excellent verbal and written English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently, result oriented and as part of a team.
